Ordering Kitchen Appliances: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

• Kitchen appliances can be delivered to addresses anywhere in the mainland UK and delivery may also be possible to certain areas of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man depending on the size of the order. Standard Delivery

• The standard delivery option costs £3.95 on orders less than £100 and is free for orders over £100. You will pay for delivery per order, not per product, unless you need your order to be delivered to multiple addresses.
• Standard courier delivery times are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday and delivery will be within five working days of placing your order.

Next Working Day Delivery Service

• To use the next working day delivery service you must place your order before 3pm and deliveries will not be made on bank holidays or weekends. The next working day delivery charge is £6.95.

Named Day Delivery Service

• For £6.95 you can have a named day delivery. You can select the day you wish your order to arrive on (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Ordering Kitchen Appliances: Refunds and Returns Policy

• If you aren’t happy with your new kitchen appliance, you can cancel your order and return the product within 28 days of delivery. You may return your order either via courier or to one of the many John Lewis stores.
• The product must be unused and in a resalable condition. If it isn’t, the company reserves the right to refuse a refund, or to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from your refund.
• Unless you are returning your kitchen appliance because it is damaged or faulty, you will not be refunded the original delivery charge.
• There is a one year manufacturer’s guarantee on all electrical products.
