• Empire Direct delivers to most UK mainland addresses.
• There will be a surcharge made for deliveries to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles, the Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles.
• Empire Direct does not deliver to addresses outside of the UK and Northern Ireland.
• Your order will need to be signed for on delivery.
• Most products will be with you within 2 to 3 working days of your payment clearing (if they are in stock). Some larger products will take 5 to 7 days from the date on which your payment clears. Deliveries to offshore and more remote areas may take longer.
• Delivery starts from £1.49 per order and exact costs will be highlighted during the order process. Delivery of larger products will cost from £3.50 to the mainland UK.

• If you are not happy with your kitchen appliance, you may telephone Empire Direct and cancel your order within 7 days of delivery
• Empire Direct will give you a returns authorisation number, which you will need to quote on the paperwork submitted when returning your kitchen appliance.
• The goods must be returned complete and as new in the original box and you will be liable for the postage costs. You must also return any accessories or gifts that came with your order – if any of these are missing, Empire Direct will deduct the cost of these from your refund.
• The product must be returned to Empire Direct within 14 days.
• If the goods are damaged when they arrive, you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and inform Empire Direct within seven days.
• If your kitchen appliance develops a fault, you should contact Empire Direct.
