• You can ask Electric Shopping to deliver your kitchen appliance to the address of your choice. Delivery to the mainland UK is free.
• All deliveries, except for those small enough to be posted through the letter box, must be signed for on arrival.
• ElectricShopping.com offers three delivery services:

Standard Delivery

• ElectricShopping offers free standard delivery on all purchases.
• The company will try to dispatch your kitchen appliance on the day of ordering, which means that you could receive it within three and five working days later.

Express Delivery

• For £4.50 you can select the Express Delivery option.
• If you manage to place your order before 15.30, your product will be dispatched the same day and you will receive it within 24 hours.
• Products are only delivered on weekdays.

Non Mainland UK & International Deliveries

• ElectricShopping charges £5.50 for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, the Orkney Isles, the Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles.
• For international deliveries (including deliveries to the Channel Islands) the company operates a band system and the delivery cost will depend on the band that your product falls into. This will be shown on the product description page.
• Band A delivery costs £15.99, Band B delivery costs £24.99 and Band C delivery costs £34.99.
• The delivery charge is per order, not per item. If you order more than one item at the same time, the highest delivery charge will apply.

• If you aren’t happy with your kitchen appliance, you may return it within 14 days of delivery as long as it is in perfect condition and unopened. You will need proof of purchase and you will be expected to pay the cost of return. This will be deducted from your refund.
• If the product is damaged or faulty, ElectricShopping.com will offer you an exchange or a refund and will cover all postage costs incurred.
