Ordering Kitchen Appliances from Dixons: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

• Dixons will deliver to any address within the mainland UK, but can’t deliver to addresses in the Channel Islands. It may also not be possible for Dixons to deliver larger items to the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, Anglesey, and the Scottish Islands.
• You will need to sign for your goods on delivery.
• Standard Delivery: If the goods are in stock, standard delivery will take approximately five days. Dixons delivery charges apply per order not per item. If you have ordered more than one product, the highest delivery charge will apply. Smaller products, such as small kitchen appliances, are delivered by a courier Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
• Dixons Premium Courier Delivery Service: With certain products, you will be able to choose to use the premium delivery service. If you opt to do this, you will be able to select a delivery day and time slot that suits you and you will be able to track your order online.
• Supplier Home Delivery: Products marked on the Dixons website with a small green van logo are delivered directly by the manufacturer. These can take up to 28 days to arrive.

• With Dixons, you can cancel and return your kitchen appliance within 7 days of delivery if you aren’t happy with it, and receive a full refund. Contact Dixons by email, or telephone to arrange collection.

• If your kitchen appliance develops a fault, you should contact the Dixons Aftersales team. If the fault develops within 28 days of delivery, Dixons will always offer you a refund or an exchange. If the fault develops after 28 days of delivery but within one year of delivery, Dixons will usually offer you a repair, an exchange or a refund.
