Ordering Kitchen Appliances from Comet: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

• You can ask Comet to deliver your kitchen appliance to any address you choose, including a works address, as long as it is within the United Kingdom.
• Comet can deliver to any mainland UK address with 5 working days of the order being placed.
• Comet offers two main delivery services: the small product delivery service and the large product delivery service. However, in certain cases your product will be delivered direct from the manufacturer.

Small Product Delivery

• Small products will be delivered at a cost of £5.95. Deliveries are made all day on Mondays to Fridays.
• If you want to specify a morning delivery slot, you can do so and will be charged £7.95.
• Delivery charges are made per order not per item.

Large Product Delivery

• Products that fall within the large product delivery bracket are those that will need to two people to deliver them.
• Standard delivery (for products to arrive at any time between 8am and 6pm on a weekday or at the weekend) will cost £16.95.
• You can specify either a morning or afternoon slot at a cost of £20.95
• Early-bird delivery (before 10 am) costs £24.95.

Delivery by the Manufacturer

• There are a range of products that are not stored at the Comet warehouse and these will be delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. These products can take up to 28 days to deliver, but the exact time will be specified when you place your order.

Ordering Kitchen Appliances from Comet: Refunds and Returns Policy

• Comet will give you a full refund or an exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase within 28 days of delivery. To receive a full refund the products must be unopened and in perfect condition and returned to any Comet store.
• If you wish to return a product that has been opened, you must do so within 7 days of delivery
• If your item is faulty please contact your nearest Comet store for advice.
