Delivery – UK

• This service includes mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged according to Western Europe Delivery Rates.
• Depending on the size of the product, your kitchen appliance will be sent either by first class post or through Parcelforce or DHL Express.
• You will be charged a set price per delivery and also an additional amount per item. The charges depend on what you have ordered. If you order more than one item, you will pay the higher delivery rate.
• Amazon also offers an Express Delivery Service to UK addresses. Orders will be delivered on the next business day and there is a standard charge of £8.99, regardless of the number of items ordered.
• If you spend more than £15 in one order, your goods may be eligible for Super Saver Delivery. If you choose to take advantage of this, your goods will take between 2 and 5 days longer to arrive than they would by first class post, but will be delivered free of charge.

• Orders placed to these countries will be sent by Airmail or Priority Express.
• The delivery charge will be £4.99 per delivery plus £1.99 per item.

• If you unhappy with a large electrical product which was delivered by a courier, you may return it within 14 days even if it is opened.
