What are Juicers?

There are two types of juice machines, the citrus press and the mechanical juicer:

• A mechanical juicer allows you to juice all fruit and vegetables. It will store the dry pulp in a separate container and deliver your juice through a shoot straight into your glass. But don’t throw away the pulp, as it makes an excellent ingredient - for carrot cake, for example!
• A citrus press is ideal for juicing oranges, lemons, limes and even grapefruits for a refreshing glass of juice.
