Moulinex Kitchen Appliances IntroductionMoulinex first launched a range of kitchen blenders and appliances in the 1930s and quickly became a success both in its homeland of France and around Europe. The company then enjoyed a large amount of success in the USA when its range of blenders, kettles and kitchenware was well received, but it was the Moulinex microwave that saw the company take off in America. The company was in jeopardy when sales of electrical appliances began to plummet and Moulinex and many other electric companies were forced to cut prices. This led to Moulinex merging with EL.Fi, an Italian company which also had the Brandt appliance brand within its portfolio, and became Moulinex-Brandt. Moulinexs current range of domestic appliances includes food processors, toasters, deep fryers and irons. The brands products are widely available at excellent prices.
