Created by Kenneth Wood in 1947, Kenwood is now seen as one of the most stylish and highest quality brands around. Kenwood is so highly regarded that it has been bought out on more than one occasion. It is now part of the Delonghi Group, which has recognised the potential of the brand.

Originally launched with a workforce of 20 people, Kenwood hit the ground running, launching a range of appliances that revolutionised the home.

By the 1970s the company had entered the digital age in another example of forward thinking. Kenwood launched food processors, the brand’s ‘System K’, cordless kitchen appliances and the hugely popular Kenwood Chef.

Kenwood is now a leading brand name in over 80 countries and the company continues to expand its range of houseware and kitchen appliances.
