Smoothie Operator I popped along to a great exhibition at the London Olympia yesterday evening and was delighted to receive free smoothie samples and some tasty snacks too. The Muller Vitality Show was packed with various health, beauty and food organisations selling their wares, doling out samples to entice visitors. I was impressed with the yogi tea stand - their organic teas are very soothing and I've stocked enough to fill my kitchen cupboards for a month or two. The show is on until the 2nd April so you still have time to visit.Spread the Word
